Cara 2: Check Notification Center

Steps:

  1. Login MAE app

App freezing? Crashing? Notification completely mati?

Settings β†’ Apps β†’ MAE β†’ Storage β†’ β€œClear Cache” β†’ Force Stop β†’ Restart phone

iPhone:

Settings β†’ General β†’ iPhone Storage β†’ MAE β†’ β€œOffload App” β†’ Reinstall dari App Store

Why effective: Corrupted cache sabotage notification service. Clear cache = reset pathway.


Cara 4: Reinstall App

Last resort bila semua cara atas fail.

⚠️ PENTING: Sebelum delete, confirm boleh login Maybank2u website. Sebab lepas reinstall kena activate balik Secure2u.

Process:

  1. Delete MAE app completely
  2. Restart phone
  3. Download fresh dari App Store atau Play Store
